Our Research Goal:
To create ideal assignment experiences for the industry affiliates.

Each affiliate's role is vital to the success of this industry, to conduct thorough research, it was important to select the
most ideal affiliate's role to base core criteria.
The following criteria was used for selection:
- Affiliate's role must:
- Directly affect the relationship between their fellow affiliates,
- Represent a state of omnipresence in the industry and marketplace.
After careful consideration, the staffing employee met criteria for the following reasons:
- Changes in technology have shifted the staffing employee into the mainstream of business
to take on new and more challenging assignments, - They are viewed as the industry's key ambassadors,
- They can be found in industries worldwide,
- Their skills range from the most novice employee to the most specialized professional,
- They span generations—from teenagers to retirees,
- The success or failure in the staffiing employers and the staffing clients establishing
successful business relationships is dependent upon the staffiing employees' workstyle
during assignments.
An Important external criterion—new and more challenging assignments:
- To fulfill their roles as industry ambassadors, and keep pace as changes in technology
shifts them farther into the mainstream of business, staffing employees must be equipped
with practical, real-time resources that will empower them to ease into position and become
immediately productive on assignment.
As a result of our research, we have created and continue to create a wealth of resources that prove beneficial in eliminating
the gaps-in-communication among the affiliates, and provide ample opportunity to create ideal assignment experiences and
strengthen affiliate partnership, regardless of the assignment type or length.

My hope is that my achievements in life shall be these:
That I fought for what was right and fair,
that I risked for that which mattered most,
that I was there for those who were in need, and that
I left the earth a better place for what I've done and who I've been.

Samples of Outcomes our Founder Achieved During Research: |
|---|
Throughout research, fact-based knowledge and real-world experiences were gained that closed gaps-in-communication, created ideal assignment experiences and strengthened partnership among the industry affiliates.
|
|---|
Practical resources were created. Incorporating these resources into workstyle turned popular beliefs that plagued the industry: its vastness, its constant state of change, and the unlimited time-frame of assignments into industry hallmarks. |
|---|
Became one of research cities most marketable and sought-after staffing employees requested by name. When unavailable for assignments, clients stated that they would rather do without an employee. Future assignment bookings exceeded six months. |
|---|
Corporate and administrative executives saw the value in working under changing management principles and often conferred their dilemmas; previous assignment experiences produced solutions in each instance. These conferences led to new research opportunities and the staffing client became a stronger research participant. |
|---|
Incorporating research findings into workstyle during assignment generated strong feedback from clients causing staffing employers to continuously ask, "What are you doing on assignment that our other employees are not doing?" |
|---|
These events challenged employers to seriously consider what their sales and management teams,
staffing employees, and their companies' bottom lines and market positions could be sacrificing.
Staffing Employers . . . True or False: If you hand the task of getting the answers to the following six research topics to the same go-to people who worked under your employ when your bottom line figures were being made, you should expect to receive the same results: |
